Shipping
Customers are requested to provide the COMPLETE and ACCURATE address and shipment details of the person who will be available to receive the order. Business addresses must be clearly stated and informed of at time of placing the order.
Upon delivery, the delivery agent may ask for proof of identification, in which case, the same should be provided by the person accepting delivery of goods.
Customers will be responsible for covering any ongoing customs or taxes in the case of both free and paid deliveries.
Festive Essentials will not be responsible for any delays caused by the customs clearance of the destination country.
Festive Essentials will not be responsible for items dispatched due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details. PO BOX addresses are not accepted.
